Replacement Rear Light Lens (Facelift Type) – Left Hand for Land Rover Discovery 4 (2014 -16) This is a replacement lens for the Land Rover Discovery 4 facelift type rear light (2014 -16). This listing is for the Left-hand side (UK passenger side/nearside). If you have a damaged/cracked light you could try and replace the lens rather than the whole assembly. With a new light assembly costing hundreds of pounds, it could be worth trying this before you purchase a new light! This lens is to fit the facelift type Discovery 4 rear light which was fitted between 2014 -2016 (see pictures). This lens is made from tough CLEAR polycarbonate. This listing is for the left side only – please see our other listing to purchase the opposite side. Note: This is a replacement rear lens not a cover – you will need to apply heat to the lamp to soften the adhesive to remove the old lens and then seal/glue the new lens into position. See our other listing to purchase the back/housing or to purchase a kit of this lens plus the housing. These are not genuine Land Rover parts. Fitting Details We have not done this replacement ourselves yet. The trickiest part is removing the old lens which is bonded into place. With previous light upgrades we have had some success by baking the light assembly first at a low temp to loosen the bonding material around the old lens. Which Vehicles will this fit ?
