Parking Brake Switch for Land Rover Freelander 2 (Late Type Interior 2012-on) This listing is for a genuine Land Rover electronic parking brake (handbrake) switch for the Land Rover Freelander 2. The electronic parking brake was fitted to the Freelander 2 from around 2012 onwards when the interior was facelifted. From 2007 until 2011 the Freelander 2 was fitted with a conventional pull lever handbrake so this switch is not suitable. The handbrake switches can become worn over time and the silver coating can start to peel. This switch can be used to repair an inoperative switch or to replace a worn switch. This is a genuine Land Rover replacement part, brand new in retail packaging. This is Land Rover part number LR045644. Fitting Guidance This is a straight replacement item. Fitting video coming soon.
