These can be wired into the car so that the orange LED in the mirror covers flash orange when the indicators are used and also when you unlock the car with the remote keyfob there are white LED’s that illuminate as welcome lights ( powered from the puddle light circuit ). The latest Range Rover Evoque has LED indicators built into the mirrors and it is a popular feature on many top end models. This listing is for a PAIR of mirror covers complete with pre-applied automotive grade adhesive tape and pre-clean wipe / wires / connectors. We have tested these mirror covers and they are fine with the power-fold function if you have this on your vehicle. These covers fit snuggly over the standard black plastic rear part of the door mirrors to transform the look of the mirrors. These items are made from tough ABS plastic with a high gloss BLACK paint finish that will match if you have Java or Santorini black. If your mirrors are scratched and faded these will give them an ‘as new’ appearance for a bargain price. We also supply the old design half shell mirror cover. These are NOT genuine Land Rover parts Fitting Details There are 3 wires to connect :- BLACK – this is the Earth wire ( -VE ) – this connects to the BLACK wire on the side repeater in the door GREEN – this is the wire to illuminate the INDICATOR LED ( orange ) – this connects to the green+white wire on the side repeater in the door. WHITE – this is the wire to illuminate the WELCOME LED ( white ) – this connects to the purple wire on the welcome light at the bottom of the interior card.
