This mat is made from top quality rubber / PU blend which is soft and supple and has the advantage that it does not have any odour like other mats made with cheaper rubber. In addition to protecting the boot carpet this item stops things sliding around in the boot (carpet is slippery compared to rubber). There are indents at the edges which mark where the tie down loops are (so you can cut the mat for access if you wish). There are also indents so you can cut where the rear seatbelts go if you have a 7 seat model. Note: Some high spec models (like HSE) have an additional chiller unit which means there is no recess on the right hand side – please see photo and check your vehicle before ordering. Note: This mat will fit both 5 and 7 seat models – you’ll just need to roll the mat out of the way when folding out the 3rd row seating in the 7 seat models. This is not a genuine Land Rover item.
