Genuine Tailgate Lettering in Shadow Atlas for Land Rover Defender L663 This is a set of genuine DEFENDER lettering for the rear tailgate of the Defender L663. These letters are finished in Shadow Atlas (Dark Grey) which is fitted to the top of the range V8 & Carpathian editions. As far as we understand it, these are the lettering colour options on the Defender L663: Satin Silver – fitted to most base models Narvik Black – available as part of the Black Pack Starlight Satin – fitted to Defender X Silicon Silver – fitted to Defender X-Dynamic Shadow Atlas – fitted to the V8/Carpathian models Noble Chrome – available as part of the Bright Pack These DEFENDER letters come in a pre-spaced template from Land Rover but this does not help you with placement, it is also unusable to use if you want to retain your spec/engine badge underneath – so we also include our own template. The custom Powerful UK template lines up with the lower left edges of the tailgate to give you perfect placement and straightness. There is also a cut-out underneath the spaces for the letters to allow for the spec/engine badges etc. The letters are pre-fitted with self adhesive tape and we supply you with a surface preparation wipe to ensure maximum adhesion. Fitting Details Clean the area with the supplied alcohol wipe and allow to dry. Either use the Land Rover template or the Powerful UK template to fit the letters.
