These have a plastic base with an inset stainless steel strip and have a very “factory fit” appearance when fitted. These plates do not have any logo or text on them and as such are a little more subtle than others available. These cover plates fit onto the painted part of the door entry step that often gets scratched and scuffed in use. Fit the plates to cover damaged paintwork on older vehicles or to protect your undamaged paintwork on a newer vehicle. In addition to protecting the paintwork they also enhance the appearance of your vehicle. This listing is for a set of 4 plates with pre-applied automotive grade self adhesive tape and an alcohol based pre-cleaning wipe sachet. These are not genuine Land Rover Parts. Fitting Details Clean the area where the plates are to be fitted with the supplied alcohol based pre-cleaning wipe ( this is often not supplied by our competitors ) Remove the backing strips from the pre-applied self adhesive tape and fit to vehicle.
