Wireless Charging Tray – TYPE B for Land Rover Freelander 2 (2012 -on) This listing is for a UK designed 3D printed storage tray for the Land Rover Freelander 2 2012 -on. This tray features specially shaped holes to store you locking wheel nut key, and the ‘plug’ from the power outlet. It also have additional slots for coins. We sell 2 versions of this charging tray – the other version does not have the holes in the left-hand section for locking wheel nut/cigarette lighter cap/extra coins. Note: that this item will only fit the Freelander 2 with the late interior (centre console has a sliding lid) which was released in around 2012. FREE POWERFUL UK PEN & TROLLEY TOKEN INCLUDED This tray fits neatly into the centre console and gives you wireless charging capability for Qi enabled devices (mobile phones, earphones etc). The wireless charger has a USB plug and you can take power from the nearby cigarette lighter – you will need a USB adapter if you don’t already have USB ports. Note: Some models may have a Media USB port in the cubby box but we found that this was not powerful enough to charge our phone – so use the cigarette lighter instead. The wireless charging unit is high power 5W / 7.5W / 10W for fast charging. The tray itself is 3D printed and supplied with a CE approved wireless charging module. The tray is not fixed in any way, it utilises the existing fixing points to click firmly into place. Note: If you have the additional cup holder assembly in the cubby box then you will need to remove this first. The tray also features an integrated pen slot and a slot to keep a trolley token/1 coin. Note: The tray is a 3D printed item. 3D printing leaves layer lines, and a texture on the top surfaces – this is a characteristic of this method. The charging matt has a silicone non-slip finish to prevent your devices from sliding around. We also sell this item as a straightforward storage tray without the wireless charging capability – see our other listing to purchase this. This is not a genuine Land Rover part. NOTE: If your smart key is located near to the charger whilst it is actively charging a phone, your vehicle may not be able to see the key due to electromagentic interference. Move the key away or remove the phone from charging to start your vehicle.
