Bonnet Decal Kit (Single Insert Type) with ‘FL2’ + ‘Car Logo’ Inserts for Land Rover Freelander 2 This listing is for a self adhesive bonnet graphic set for the Land Rover Freelander 2. This is the ‘single insert’ design, with space for a graphic motif (supplied) on only one side of the main decal. You will receive 2 insert graphics (FL2 & Car logo) and it’s up to you which you fit. This is designed and produced by ourselves in the UK. In this kit you will receive: Bonnet decal (single insert design) 2x insert decals – FL2 + Car logo (up to you which you fit) Squeegee applicator tool Safety cutter (to slice vinyl backing when fitting) 2x surface preparation wipes The vinyl used in this kit is 190 micron thick automotive grade with a black textured finish. We also have bonnet decal kits available for the Freelander 2 with different designs i.e. double insert or blank. This kit does not include the 2 side flank panels – these are available to purchase separately, see item VNL700-Sides This kit comes complete with 2 alcohol based wipes for a final wipe down and decontamination before you apply the decal. We also include a safety cutter, so you can easily and cleanly cut the backing material during the installation. This is a wet application vinyl so you will need to provide your own spray bottle, water and baby shampoo! We also supply you with a squeegee applicator tool for a professional job. These are not genuine Land Rover parts. Fitting details Preparation is crucial for fitting these decals – you should start with a clean bonnet as any dirt/contaminants will show underneath the vinyl and compromise the adhesion. TOP TIP: After a thorough wash you can feel for unseen dirt by brushing over the paintwork with your fingers inside a plastic bag (trust us, it works!). We advise using a light cutting compound polish or clay bar to remove any dirt/ contaminants if required. You can then use the supplied alcohol wipes to give a final wipe-down clean before applying the decals (this will remove any substances left by cleaning/polishing products). This is a wet application automotive vinyl – it is recommended that you use a spray of water mixed with a little baby shampoo. Which vehicles will this fit?
