H3 Headlight Bulbs ( Pair )

This listing is for a PAIR of OSRAM “Night
Breaker Unlimited ” Halogen H3 bulbs.

These are supplied in individual blister
packs. Due to the postage cost it is better to send them in pairs – even
if you only need one why not buy this pair as you can keep one as a
spare.

The H3 bulb is easy to identify as it comes
with its own short flying lead.

These are the bulbs you need if you want to
be road legal AND have the same light output of some illegal 100W bulbs.

The UK law specifies the maximum wattage (
electrical power usage ) rather than the maximum light output which
seems odd.

These bulbs use the latest technology to
achieve great light output but keeping the electrical power consumption
within legal limits.

Being made in Germany and fully E Marked you
can be sure these are a premium performance product.

These bulbs even have GOLD plated electrical
contacts for lower resistance connections.

These bulbs claim to give :-

Upto 90% more light output

Upto 35 Meters more visibility

10% more “White” light colour ( temperature )

The H1 bulb is a single function bulb and
can be used in several applications – normally spotlights and auxillary
lighting.

The electrical power consumption of this
bulb is 55W

In addition these bulbs have been optimised
to reduce the amount of UV ( ultra Violet ) light produced. UV can
damage plastic headlight lenses.

Fitting Details

Remove the rubber cap from the back of the
headlight and then disconnect the connector at the end of the short
flying lead..

The bulb is held in place with a wire clip –
release the clip and the bulb can then be removed.

When re-fitting the new bulb it is important
not to touch the glass with bare fingers as this can lead to early bulb
failures.
